This week, create your own zingy Hot Lemon Infusion by following the instructions below.
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- Juice of 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Pinch red chili powder or cayenne (boosts metabolism)
- Pinch coarse sea salt
- Pinch raw cane sugar
Add all of the ingredients to a mug and stir well.
