Make your own Hot Lemon Infusion

Throughout the chilly winter months, there is nothing better than relaxing on the sofa in front of the television, sipping a hot drink. That is why we will be sharing a hot drink recipe that you can easily make at home every week throughout winter.

This week, create your own zingy Hot Lemon Infusion by following the instructions below.


  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • Juice of 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • Pinch red chili powder or cayenne (boosts metabolism)
  • Pinch coarse sea salt
  • Pinch raw cane sugar


Add all of the ingredients to a mug and stir well.


Serves one.

Put a film on, sit back and enjoy!
